Shashank is a skilled theatre artist, a director and an actor and has been associated with the field of acting for over five years. He is currently working as a director in Creative Art Group & Society ( Regd ) for the past 4 years and has worked in Vichintya Kala Society (Regd.) and Bhavya Culture Society (Regd.) as an assistant director. He has played the role of an actor in the plays such as Ek Aur Dronacharya, Reet Vipreet, Til Ka Taad, Cheel Ke Panje, Kabira Khada Bazar Mein, etc. and among others and has directed some plays such as Pyar Kaise Hota Hai, Tax Free, Till ka Taad, and Hi Handsome.
