Ameesha Awana is a Counsellor and Certified Mindfulness Coach with a Master's in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is a Bachelor of Education from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gargi College, Delhi University. She has interned with various NGOs and schools such as Udayan care, Umeed, St. Lawrence Senior Secondary School, and St. Andrews Scots Senior Secondary School. Ameesha assisted in building modules of product development, assisted in research and development discussions of the product, took live sessions to help clients understand self-discovery reports based on psychometrics and genomics, provided career counselling, created content based on topics of psychology and related fields, developed soft skills/personality development curriculum, took soft skills classes for Nursing and GDA/Homecare Attendants students, counselled students and understood their socio-emotional issues, worked on providing them with placement opportunities. She is a certified International Career Certified Coach (ICCC) from Mindler, has attended a 3-day workshop on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy by UPS Education, and is a QPR suicide Prevention Gatekeeper from QPR Institute. She also presented a project paper on "Menstrual wellbeing of college students" at the Indian Psychiatric Society. She is a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for helping others.
