Vidyashree Radhakrishna is a Bharatanatyam artist. At the age of five, his mother Smt. Jayalakshmi herself initiated her into the art of Bharatanatyam. She pursued arts under the guidance of Smt. Nalini Bypaditya and Dr. Sita Kote. Vidyashree has performed as a solo artist and a group artist in more than a thousand venues in and around India. She has choreographed many solo, group, and thematic productions, and conducted seminars and lecture demonstrations on various aspects of Bharatanatyam. Vidyashree is also a trained vocalist and a profound Natuvanaar. She also attended workshops conducted by Guru Padma Subramaniam and the revered winter workshop at Kalakshetra, Chennai. Vidyashree is a graded artist of Bangalore Doordarshan and empaneled artist of ICCR. She has directed and produced a DVD titled 'Nrithyaksharam'. In the year 2006, she got the first position in the national level Bharatanatyam competition 'Vishwaroopa' organized by Udupi Sri Krishna Math. She has performed in many festivals such as Karwar and Kaiga Utsav, Nrityantar Festival, Bengaluru, Rajyotsava Utsav, London, Parayan Utsav, Mysore Dussehra and Nehru Centre, London anong others.
