Sakshi Singh, a budding Kathak dancer and is learning the dance form since the age of six. She has been learning In Jaipur Kathak Kendra under the auspicious guidance of Guru Dr. Smt. Rekha Thakar. Currently she is working in Kanoria Girls' College, Jaipur. She has worked in Tiny Blossom Sr. Sec. School, Jaipur as the cultural coordinator (2017-18). She also has 5 years of work experience in ICG, the IIS University of Jaipur (2009-14). Sakshi Singh is a Ph. D and M. Sc in Biotechnology from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has completed her Masters Degree from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Mumbai (2008). She also has a Diploma from Kathak Kendra, Jaipur (2007). Sakshi has been performing in the state and across the country, following the typical patterns of Jaipur Gharana style of Kathak. She has her own unique style of presentation with a strong emphasis on 'bhava'. Some of her major dance performances in the state and outside include the Lalit Kala Sangam in Lalit Kala Dept, University of Rajasthan, 2019, Parampara 2014, Kathak Samaroh 2019, Malhar 2013, Udaipur and the Rashtriya Kathak Samaroh.
