Muskan Goswami is a Madhya Pradesh Natya Vidyalaya, Bhopal, alumnus with specialization in Acting and Direction. She has done a Theatre Direction workshop from National School of Drama, Delhi. She has more than 10 years of experience in Theatre Acting and Direction and has also participated in different festivals and occasions across India. Born and brought up in a small village near Faizabad, U.P., she is a graduate in B.A. Arts, Faizabad University. She has been into Theatre and Acting since her school days and has continued ever since. She has been awarded with five shows in the North East India Project by National School of Drama, Delhi. Muskan has also been regularly organizing workshops and plays in various parts of India with the help of National School of Drama, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh Natya Academy, Bhopal. She has won the Best Director and Best Play awards for her Freedom of Choice in Shahjahan Theatre Festival, Jashn-e-Culture. She has performed under many famous directors including Waman Kendre, Neelam Mann Singh, Anuradha Kapoor, Kirti Jain, Amba Saniyal, K. S. Rajendran, Ranjeet Kapoor, Vimal Kumar, Urmil Kumar Tapliyal and Surya Mohan Kulshrestha. In the capacity of an actor (On stage) she has played leading parts in the plays Hamlet, Aashadh Ka Ek Din, Romeo Juliet, Aadhey Adhurey, Ras Priya, Uttar Sita Ram Charitam, Cherry Orchid, Three Sisters, Yahudi Ki Ladki, Ghaswali, Daliya, Chandu Bhai Natak Karte Hain, Chirkumar Sabha, Swadhinta Ki Shailgatha, Satbashay Raidas and Freedom of Choice among others. As a director she has directed plays such as Khoj, The Thirty Clown Crow, Freedom of Choice, Voice of Dumbs, Who am I, Andha Yug, Aklubalaka, Andher Nagri, Buddhi Bahadur, Papa Kho Gaye, Bobby Ki Kahani, Eidgaah, Panchlight, Ghaaswali, Bhookh, Mumtaj Bhai Patang Wale. Currently Muskan Goswami is based in Mumbai as an actress. She is also actively involved in directing plays in various parts of India.
