Gaurav has invested more than the last 2 decades in bringing arts and entertainment to the masses using a variety of channels: Digital, Television and the stage. He has directed short movies and plays, been a TV and stage actor, drove initiatives in unconventional media like Nukkad and even had a brief fling with Bollywood as Creative Director for an upcoming production house. Gaurav is a recognized leader in the integration of arts and theatre with regular academic curricula, and his work is a recognized by leading academic institutions from Play Schools to Business Schools to help academia leverage arts as a means of holistic personality development. Programs are for both students and faculty. He also works closely with Delhi State Government (Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT) to drive the governments multiple programs for mass education, social awareness and cultural awareness. In his 22 years, he has worked with many eminent theatre groups and directors - (Theatre Action Group) Mr. Barry john, Sh. Habeeb Tanveer, (Delhi Art Theatre) Smt. Sheila Bhatia, (Collegiate Drama Society) Sh. Ravi Taneja, Yatrick, (Nat Samrat) Sh. J.P Singh, Sh. Satish Anand, Ajit Chaudhary and many more. He has acted in more than 60 plays with more than 500 shows. As an established director, he has directed many plays with children for Hindi and Punjabi Academy such as Rasool Mistri, Swarg Ki Jhalak, Sifar, Aapki Chhoti Ladki, Khelistaan, Marbukhe and many more. He is also a renowned personality for many judgement panels in many colleges, technical universities, schools and institutions. Gaurav Grover has directed some classics too with his team namely, Antateh, Tagore's women, Andher Nagri Chaupat Raaja, Taj Mahal Ka Tender, Kal College Band Rahega and many more. He is also an Empanelled director for Government of NCT of Delhi. He has played a key role by understanding his moral responsibilities for the community. He has been a driving force behind various Social Justice Departments such as Delhi Child Protection and Rights Commission, Women and Child Development, Delhi Health Department, Government of NCT of Delhi. He has been a Jury member of Mahavidyalaya Natya Samaroh organized by SKP. He has been an integral part in the showbiz industry too. He has created a lot of short films. He has been a mentor for India's best Dramebaaz, where he met a lot of young kids and taught them this pure art form. Theatre as an art form is a medium for him to create awareness and a feeling of togetherness. He is an art enthusiast who has a keen interest in voicing out his opinions through his art form. It's the purpose that is above all and it's his purpose to bring people together and create an environment where they can grow and learn.
